Everything about my daily trading process was progressively built to be able to come to the screen and have a simple, concrete process to identify the best opportunity in that session. Then to be able to execute and manage a high-probability trading opportunity without hesitation.

My daily process is built on repetition. The repetition of certain market factors: yesterday's high and low, the times the different equity markets open and close, weekly and monthly highs and lows, the economic calendar.
